My chicks have have bumps on their beaks and some have swollen eyes to the extent of going blind! Is it a case of coryza, and what medication can I use for treatment?

you have pox infection already. Vaccination is the sure way of managing the case. Once in very fastidious ( difficult to manage) being viral. However you can clean the eyes with 10% iodine solution and apply oxytetracycline cream on the scabs. Have them on multivitamin too
