What's the cause for bowing head chicks, and inactivity two weeks old

That is sign of sickness. Dullness can be attribute to a number of ailments. Kindly elaborate further especially on the type of dropping, breathing etc. Otherwise get nearest vet assistance for administering broad spectrum antibiotic.
