What can i do so that my chicks of from day one grow at the same size? They are going but not at the same level. Some are bigger, others are big and small. What should I do to make sure that they are growing at the same rate?

You can't achieve 100% same growth rate but you can move closer to that by having uniform breed from reputable sources. Remember variance in rate of gain has breed factor correlation in addition to within and between breeds differences. Feeding space also plays a role as weak birds will be out competed by more dominant flock mate in the peaking order.
