Chickens Advice for starting chicken farm

I run a business in Nairobi and thinking on venturing to chicken farming in small scale ,at kamulu joska.three years ago I did it with 56 chickens but it didn't go well as many of them got sick from the outbreak of disease .now I want to start again with kuroiler chicken.advice me on the best way.thnx

Never give up remember even the big franchise poultry farms like Kenchic etc at one point went through the same experience as you but having learned from the past made improvement where need be and got it right. You are in the right community where you will sharpen your poultry rearing skills as you move a long.
