Are you able to share photos Sir? Nonetheless, from your description it appears your crops are affected by wither yellow sigatoka or black sigatoka banana disease. both are fungal diaseases, if this is the case a systemic fungicides eg copper oxychloride alternated with broad spectrum fungicides e.g methaxyacrlate azoxytrobin.
