No. Better do it at night. However consider relocating the apiary to an area with no people at least 500m radius.

Thx now dat I have to do it at night, bees attack any light source have, u ever used a like red or blue light rays to see if they will be able to notice the light source n at least work without them attacking crazily n at least u can be able to manage my apiary better

You have to be in the right suit for bee hive* inspection. It is never done without protective gears.
