Chickens Blind chickens

Some chickens from my flock were struck with Infectious Coryza and after treatment theyre okay. However 2 of them unfortunately went blind. I've separated them and their general health is ok. Is there any remedy to bring back their sight. Thanks

No remedy. The best option is to condition them for slaughter.
