Poultry chicken desease

my hens were attacked by a disease, and some survived, and are laying eggs, my question is ,
1.are these eggs safe for hatching?
2.if the eggs hatch ,does it mean the chicks will be resistant to the disease?

@Naomi Njoki, it would be worth knowing the disease your flock suffered from. Otherwise if it was confirmed case of salmonella enteritidis, then the eggs might not be either safe for hatching or human consumption as the serotype is transovarian(can be transmitted to the next generation through eggs). The chicks will be much vulnerable to the disease. Appart from passive immunity that is past from mother hen to chicks(genes). No active immunity can be passed on to next generation via exposes to pathogens, hence no resistance.

Kindly describe the signs. Otherwise isolate the sick ones and have all on chivk fomular.(anti-stress).
