Kindly if you don't mind can give you specifications on the plan as follows for layers the floor space should be 2sqft per bird. Broilers 1 sqft per bird. The solid wall should be 3ft high, the remaining portion has to be of weldmesh/chicken wire. From the floor to the highest point of the roof has to be 8ft. The shape should be rectangle and not any other shape. The house orientation has to be on east-west. Select your location careful to avoid disasters such as flooding etc.
