Chicken Coop with muddy floor smeared occasionally to deal with external parasites.is it recommended please advise.

Not recommended. Cleaning and disinfection not easy. Earthen floor provides good breeding ground for coccidia( eimeria necatrix) the culprit responsible for coccidiosis in cattle. In addition chicken mites , keds and fleas will be uncontrolable. Kindly cemented floor is the best.
