Problem could be congenital mulfomation or deficiency of calcium. How old are they?. In the mean time if it is calcium defficiency, get to the nearest vet-shop and buy Dicalcium phosphate(D.C.P). Put in drinking water for now and ensure they drink. Going forward have D.C.P mixed in their feed. Or buy quality feed for your laying birds and chicks.
