Poultry Chicks are dying

My chicks are one week old and they are dying in a higher rate. I have Cocci powder tglhat u do mix in water and it has not helped me. What should I do??
2: One month old are now dying of weakness on walking. Two of them have died now. They tend to have:

This sounds like New Castle. Have you vaccinated your chicks for this virus?

If not a companied by greenish diarrhea, then you are faced with serious vitamin deficiency E,A and thiamine. Kindly have your chicks on chicks formula always until 2weeks old to avert such problems. For now have them on chick formula, Dcp. Dissolved in water and results after 3-4 days. Make sure that birds laying eggs for hatching too are on proper plane of nutrition during laying period.
