In poultry,symptoms of sneezing or wheezing are caused by bacterial infections known as chicken respiratory disease. Environmental triggers like poor living conditions, extreme temperatures,stress are the most cause. If no other observable signs are seen except coughing , would recommend broad spectrum antibiotics available over the counter in Agrovet shops. Otherwise seeking services of qualified veterinarian near you would be wise too.
