For the rales(running" nose), your birds have upper respiratory tract infections which could as well be accompanied by other seriouse issues around. Watery eyes points to poor ventilation i.e high ammonia in the unit. Improve on ventilation as you keep your birds on broadspectrum anti-biotics.
