Your chicken have infectious coryza which is a respiratory disease. Isolate the sick birds and offer supportive treatment using an antibiotic . The use of a sulphur based antibiotic would be best placed or even oxytetracycline. Practice hygiene and sanitization and also avoid keeping birds of different ages together.
