Chickens hens always die during the months of July to September

I wish to start farming for business but my hens always die during the months of July to September. What can be the problem?

Hello @isika m at what age are your hens dying?

My initial thought is that those are the cold months of the year and your birds may not have a proper heat source. This is what happened to my birds before....they were very cold and susceptible to disease. Potentially you can look to getting heat lamps or a Jiko.

Be informed that most disease causing microoganism thrive best in wet condition. it is important then to observe strict hygine over the cold season that favours the diseases. you can start by ensuring that your have fresh litter in your coop by staart of may and have it replace every month to avoid microganism built up(major calprit being coccidia and polurum. have your birds on multivitamin suplimint to relieve stress and boost their immunity

try to immunize your chicken at least once a month.then also don't forget to de-worm them
