Hello,
I would kindly like to know the average kilos i can get from growing 1 acre of habernero and scotch bonnet per week.

Thank you.

@Williamkay this will depend on quality and color of your preference, since habanero and scotch bonnet can either be harvested as early as 70-100 days old from the date of planting when fruits are green but has shown maturity or at 120 days when every fruit has changed to orange or red. However, for a hole production season (120days) you're able to get 6000kgs per acre. At these two stages it's common knowledge that green fruit have more water content than yellow orange or red ripe fruits hence heavier. It's also important to note that this type of chilly behave differently from other types when it come to flowering and fruit setting since it tend to have a one off flowering period which in turn makes the fruits mature at one go in a given production season meaning weekly harvesting isn't applicable.
