Hello @Onalao,

It is hard to give you an answer without finding out more information.
  • Do you have access to land?
  • Have you already built a coop?
  • Are you planning to sell primarily chicks, eggs, meat?
  • Do you have access to water?
  • Is there electricity in your plot?
General estimates are that a small-scale business, capital of around sh. 50,000 – sh.150, 000 will be enough (if you need to build a coop). A medium-scale poultry business sh. 200,000 to sh. 500,000 will be required.
