It is hard to give a quality answer without more information from you.
Do you currently own land? Access to water?
Do you already have a house built? If not, a cheap one will cost you about 15k
What type of birds would you like to rear? Broilers, Layers, Kienyeji breed?
When factoring in the costs make sure you account for all of the food, medication and potential loses before you can make revenue. Just a very rough estimate (if you need to build a house and buy some equipment) that it will be about 50k. Please note that a farm of this size will not bring in many profits but it is good to learn at a small scale before taking the steps to become bigger!
