Hello Dickson; what breed of poultry do you keep. Remember weight gain is factor of gene and environmental interaction.and no bird will perform beyond it's genetic potential. For example the weights (kg)of mature cocks for different poultry breeds are :kenbro-2.5,kari kienyeji-2.2,kuroiler-2.5,rainbow rooster -3.0. Kindly for more advice let us know your breed type and the current average weights they are recording
