Goats are generally browsers and you can rear them either for milk or meat. Tge formers is best on zero grazing units. Use raised flow to prevent diseases common being foot rot. Ensure your goats are vaccinated against CCPP, PPR, FMD and deworm regulary to control internal parasites. Use pour on to control ticks as are hydrophobic and might not like being sprayed or dipped. Keep general hygine to keep diseases at bay.
