Bruises or damages caused during harvesting, packaging or transportation
Exposure to harsh hot sun for a longer perio after harvesting
Bacterial infection on planting materials
For the first two reasons, observe hygiene and care, keep harvest in cool environment of about 9°C and deep them in appropriate fungicide for about 6-12 hours
Treat plating materials before planting also it is advisable to be sure of the source
