@Timothy Kitonyi , isolate the sick birds and make sure to disinfect the coup as well, this could mean the birds were shedding the virus already hence the reaction in the signs noted. Supportive treatment for your birds is recommended at this stage with vitamins and antibiotics. Call your local vet or visit your nearest agro vet shop to get the right supportive care for your birds.
