Poultry i want to succeed in poultry farming

i dont know which type of chicken i have as i acquired them locally in the village, all started well, but i have noticed high rate of mortality on chicks for the last two breeding seasons, last season i lost 50 chicks and this seasons they seem to have started on the same trend... can i be helped. i have electricity, water, land and a structure almost similar to what you have, but may need modification....

Kindly chicks are highly susceptible to disease and must ensure that you introduce them to clean environment after hatching. Never leave them to run with the mother hen. Do have them in artificial brooder where you attend to them until past grower stage. Vaccinations amust. Otherwise cross infection very common especially fowl pox and infectious coryza
