Good crop performance is greatly desired by all farmers whether subsistence or commercial. While most farmers spend the best of their time and resources I.e inputs but still low production levels are registered. Several research works indicate most farmers fail because of the untimely land preparation, land prepared early (when soils are dry) propel your production ability by 15-25 per cent before other factors come into play..
