When the chick's hatch after one week they start having insect on their eyes, I have tried everything but to no avail, what should I do?

Hi boy boy, seems your flock is infested by ecto-paracides(flees/mite). Kindly apply "vaseline petroleum jelly" around the affected eyes(ethnoveterinary). It does work by denying them oxygen, they die and drop off. Going forward spray the coop with diazinone kunguni(not the chicks) and maintain high level of hygiene
