Apparently you need space to construct the unit as it one major factor of production besides entrepreneurship and liquid capital. Good news is that with poultry you can start small with the list space available at your back yard as you organize your finances for expansion. Kindly start small. Large franchise poulty farms started as simple back yard poultry units (read about Muguku poultry)
