My Rainbow rooster chicken are 5 weeks and 11 days old and have not start laying. Am still feeding with bidco grower mash and not even one has start laying. They look big and healthy. what could be the problem?

Poultry laying period

They should start laying around 16-20 weeks in the right conditions.
