my question is, can i built the coop in home considering that there is noise nd may lead stress to the birds affecting egg production. what best can you advice me?

Yes you can, as long as the birds get the noise continously from day 1, they will undergo aprocess called habituation. Introducing noisy environment midway though not desirable. Otherwise cool silent place would be ideal.
