Mangoes Mangoes shedding flowers

My mangoes at flowering stage are shedding the flowers and a whitish cob like substance formed!! What could this be and what is the remedy??

This a disease called powdery mildew
-Remedy -spray with watterble sulphur 0.2% at an interval of two weeks
