Vaccination if done correctly protect the birds by boosting their immune responce to diseases vaccinated against only. Chicks will die due to other none pathological reasons e.g poor brooding temperatures and other management lapses.check if your disease/ mortality control program is upto-date. How is the condition of the house where they stay?
