Poultry my chicken are constantly contracting coccidiosis. what is the best antibiotic to give

I recommend you maintain hygiene.
Ensure you wash and disinfect feeders and drinkers using Noroclease disinfectant.
Ensure your woodshavings are dry.
Have a disinfectant footbath at the entrance of the poultry house.
Use clean water.
Whenever your chicks are sick for coccidiosis use ESB 3 30% and Vetoxy 20 for 4-5 days.
Prevention and control is the way to go.

In addition to above if the problem persists kindly have your wood shavings (litter) mixed with lime. Remember the more alkaline a place is the lower the number of disease causing microganism hence the idea of lining the beddings.
