Sudden drop in production should be a concern. However production will decline after 12 months of laying. Several factors such as breed, stress, feed quality, change in feed can lead to decline in production. Never change feed source mid laying. Laying boxes too should never be introduced or repairs done in the unit during laying period. Ensure that everything is set right before point of laying.
