Poultry Paralysis in Chicken

Have experienced two birds, one last week and one this week completely going paralysed. I just wake up in the morning and the chicken can not walk nor stand but its eating well. What could be the issue?

Calcium deficiency or underlying mareks. Kindly correct if calcium deficiency by adding DCP to feed or drinking water
