What could be the problem with this chick. It’s one month old

That is dry fowl pox. Isolate all the infected and apple tetracycline cream, or centriono cream after swabbing with iodine. Get all this from agrovet. Watch out for more case and closely monitor the eyes. White substance normally buld up under the eye lid which you should squeez out daily to keep the eye open if any.

Several factors could be contributing to this. They include but not limited to feed, weather, nesting environment, housing, stress underlying illness, otherwise they could be on natural clutch period. Kindly check on the above and if possible describe the condition just before they stopped laying. If you have periods of cloudy weather expect reduction in laying for any poultry due to reduced photo period necessary for ovipositon(egg formation trigger)
