My layers are 11 months old. They are now producing almost less than half their profuction capacity. What could be the cause?

Your birds are aging to molting stage. A period during which they stop laying , shed feathers before resuming laying after the break

Check your feed and other parameters to prevent this early molting stage ( force molting). Any prolonged stress during laying period may result into your birds molting before time.
