Yes it very possible. The aim is to disrupt hormone prolactin that is responsible for broodiness by having free air pass under the belly, or cold water/ ice on the belly. You can use "broody breaker" pen/cage, which is basically a wire bottomed cage. It has to be raised above the ground or suspended freely to allow free flow of air bellow. Have the bird in that cage for few days(24hrs to 36hrs) depending on the stage of broodiness. Alternatively immerse the birds belly in ice cold water after shutting the laying nest and have her out couple of times until broodiness fades.
