For dry conditions you have to supplement moisture requirements by irrigation and the mulch to conserve available moisture in addition try to create a basin like dug holes round the root zone of your mango crops to act as water reservoir for any little rain that you will receive.

For termites look for GLADIATOR4 TC or Confidor 200 SL best chemicals for control of termites by drenching round the crop and termites colony/hills
