Chickens vaccines and sick chicks

I am currently keeping local chickens here in Kampala. Last year, I had raised upto 100 birds but some strange disease came and killed a number of my birds until some one advised me to vaccinate them. I did so but all chickens died. I had to start again.

Now currently, I have 50 birds but vaccinated them but I don't know the frequency of vaccination and which diseases. I am also seeing a few clicks sickly with some yellowish stuff from the anus, not feeding well and not walking. How can you help me

Kindly note that it is wrong to vaccinate sick birds. Vaccination exercise should be carefully carried out by an experienced personel.
