Chickens warts on face

Am rearing local chicken BT they developed things like warts on its face which kills its eyes and hence the hen die pliz help me

make sure that you have completely separate encloser/house for new batch of chicks because the one you have is allready contaminated by the fowlpox virus which you would have controlled by having them vaccinated aginst foulpoxt at either 21 days or day 42 of their life.
