Lameness in poultry has both pathological(disease) or none pathological(defficiency). Major defficiency being calcium. Paralysis however can be an indicator of a serious disease such as newcastle mareks etc. Kindly describe the kind of lameness you are experiecing. Meanwhile have them on DCP disolved in water.

Well this is interesting,..i also had one or two of my chicken walking upright but that was a 'deformity' from when they were chicks.
Also as @nedward has mentioned, i have noted that when chicken start developing paralysis issues may be due to Mareks or NCD particularly from 8 weeks upwards.

You deffinetly have a case of low calcium levels in the blood streams of your birds(calcium tetany), have all your birds on calciun suppliment(direct DCP as had adviced above). Check on your feed quality(minerals level). And vitamin D levels. Remember natural sunlight plays very important role here. Otherwise if the condition was on laying birds we would be talking of another case all together(egg yolk peritonitis.
