Would be much better if you give description of the bird as you observe it, i.e what can you see, discharges, droppings, feeding, any sound, coughing etc. For better direction
If no other birds were affected then it could be bee venom either ingested or stang. If other birds too have similar signs share. But this seems to be an isolated case caused by injury on the head region.
