Pigs Why do my piglets die so much at the infant stage?

My name is Mukiibi Paul from Kampala district, i have a very big problem. I rear pigs but wenever they give birth, the piglets die an a very infant stage. Out of 64, i might raise only 40 piglets. What could be the problem. Some times they have a running stomach, they lose energy.

kindly confirm if you normaly give the iron injection at infancy because without that mortality is always very high

In bleeding z mostly da common cause and if not u delay in giving them iron at early stages.
