Would advice you to consider one line of production. Either layers , broilers or dual purpose. Either line has it's specific advantages and disadvantages. However management protocols are likely to be similar. On a lighter note broilers takes shorter time to reach market weight but the management is very intensive and production must be done with market at hand otherwise any time wasted past target age translates to direct losses associated with extra time they will be feeding in the farm and might even drop weight. Layers on the other hand spends long time with the farm upto 2yrs hence must be prepared for that duration including the rearing cost before laying starts normally averages 18-20 weeks. Dual purpose strikes a balance of the two hence would advice you start this line then specialize later once you have gained and entered the market. Keep in touch on this platform as we take you through the business path

It depends with your locality, however the market is niche. Kindly do a market survey in your place to identify the gap.

Who kind of fertilizer one can use in pumpkin farming is it manure or inorganic fertilizer and which type

This will depend on the soil type and nutrients available. Its thus important for you to do a soil analysis.
However the plant requires phosphorus for root development, and nitrogen at vegetative growth..
Manure application is vital since it improves the soil structure but ensure you use well rotten manure.
