How many are loosing feathers?, please not that there are very tiny chicken mites that probably very invisible by naked eyes. Use dudu dust or ectomin buy the one for one pump mix with water and deep the birds one by one but not the head. Once done use left chemical to spray their house. Routinely you can dust your flock too

it's really sick. from the head I thought it. Might be fowlpox.

kindly let me know how many are affected and detailed explanation of other symptoms from the picture could only see the back and the comb, and naturally if you hold any poultry in that manner it will close the eye and open sometimes. Is the eye closed with white exudates or it is just the dry comb and scaly back?

The eyes are closed with discharge and the comb has dried wounds

Ooh you have case of wet pox, now kindly this call for supportive care coz it is only preventable by timely vaccination, can open the eye remove the white substance in by squeezing it out. Wipe with iodine solution and apply centrino cream on the comb. Do tho continues until the eye opens. Multivitamin in drinking water will speed up recovery.

Right away it should be on cull list coz upon recovery, will remain carrier. Otherwise in livestock you don't treat to death. Welfare dictates that you putdown to relieve the animal/ bird from unnecessary suffering.
