One of my birds can not see and other four have black spot on the head what could be the problem see pictures attached

Fowl pox is well with you my dear. Kindly isolation of the already affected once will help a great deal. The once will dry black spots if eyes not closed are one the recovery path and will remain immune but carries. For the one's with eyes closed supportive therapy should take effect, help open the eye by swabbing with povidone iodine and squeezing out white substance under the eye lid. The aim is to help the bird see food because they normally die of starvation not the disease parse. Sure way is to have birds vaccinated in good time. You can get tetracycline cream from agrovet and apply on the scabs too and the eye. Remember this is to deal with secondary infections. Have multivitamin in the birds drinking water(anti-stress(
