My 2 months chicks is producing a wheezing sound and is having a difficulty like in breathing, the nostrils is wet but it is active what might be the problem

Administer broadspectrum antibiotics. If no vent pasting you can use Doxyclcline. With vent pasting kindly go for esb3 or S-dime liquid.
