Hello this what we call Citrus sooty mold, it results from infestation of aphids or other types of sap-sucking insects like aphids. As the pests dine on the sweet juices, they excrete sticky “honeydew” that attracts the growth of ugly black mold.
Eradicating it you need to spray against these pest, spray the leaves with a solution of either horticultural oil or neem oil. Horticultural oil and neem oil are less toxic pesticides that will rid your plant of heavy infestations. Spray in the early evening after the plant is no longer in direct sunlight
