Vegetables How do I help my crops recover after serious hail storm

Capsicum- the leaves have been crushed and most if not all shredded in some crops
Onions& cabbages- are also crushed, what should I do?

Kindly much can be done depending on the stage of growth and development, in general remove debris of broken branches, cleaning out dropped leaves, apply vegetative nitrogen fertilizer to encourage foliage growth, you can also spray fungicide to prevent possible attack by fungal diseases. NB this may only work when crops are still young
