Swab with 10%povidone iodine and apply cenrino cream or any other oxtetrcyclin cream available at the nearest vet shop. In addition isolate the affected birds as it could be wet fowl pox. Pictures please for further assistance.

Ensure before new flock is placed into the same unit , disinfection is done and the unit rested. All in all out must apply as your flock definitely has contracted infectious coryza that persits for long if the unit is not disinfected.
